Introduction

This Refund and Subscription Policy applies to all Briltek Cloud Services, including paid add-ons like Grid Bee, with payments processed via Flutterwave.

Subscription Terms
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
You authorize recurring billing through Flutterwave, and you are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

Refunds
A 7-day refund window applies for new subscriptions, unless otherwise stated. Refunds after this period are handled case-by-case for valid reasons such as major service disruption or billing errors. Refunds, if approved, will be processed through Flutterwave to the original payment method.

Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Briltek Cloud or Google Workspace account.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will occur.

No Refund for Used Periods

We do not issue refunds for partially used subscription periods once service access has been granted.

Service Access After Cancellation
After cancellation, you retain access until your current billing period expires.
We may delete or restrict associated data following this period unless required by law to retain it.

Disputes & Billing Issues
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact admin@briltek.cloud within 14 days of the charge.
We will review and respond promptly.

Policy Updates
We may update this Refund and Subscription Policy periodically. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
