Briltek Cloud provides digital products and automation solutions, including but not limited to:Google Workspace add-ons (e.g., Grid Bee),AI-powered business tools,Cloud automation and data management solutions,Custom integrations and scripts,Educational content and templates.We may update or modify our Services from time to time without prior notice.
3. License & Usage
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use our Services for personal or commercial use, as permitted.You agree not to:Resell, sublicense, or distribute our Services without authorization; Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to extract source code; Use our Services in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
4. User Accounts
Some Services may require a Google account or third-party login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Some Briltek Cloud Services require payment (e.g., via Paddle).Pricing, billing frequency, and refund policies will be clearly stated during checkout.We may use third-party payment processors, and your billing information is subject to their terms. Refund Policy:We generally offer a 7-day refund window for new purchases unless otherwise stated. Refunds beyond that are handled case-by-case.
6. Data Access & Privacy
Briltek Cloud Services may require access to your data (e.g., Google Sheets, Gmail, etc.) via secure OAuth permissions.We only access and process data strictly necessary for providing Services.We never sell user data.Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.
7. Support & Availability
We offer support via email and other designated channels. While we aim for high uptime and prompt assistance, we make no guarantees of uninterrupted service.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, code, branding, and documentation related to Briltek Cloud are the intellectual property of Briltek Cloud or its licensors.You may not copy, use, or reproduce any content without permission.
9. Disclaimers
All Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:Compatibility with all systems,Uninterrupted operation,That Services are error-free.Use our Services at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Briltek Cloud is not liable for:Indirect or consequential damages,Business interruption or data loss,Any damage arising from misuse of our Services.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Services if:You breach these Terms,You misuse or abuse our Services,Required by law or security concern.
